I’m a seasoned Solution Architect and Consultant with a career spanning two decades across industries including financial services, IT operations, and entertainment technology. My journey began in live event production, where I honed my skills in high-pressure environments, and evolved into designing large-scale IT solutions for global enterprises.

I specialise in bridging the gap between technical complexity and real-world outcomes—whether it’s delivering self-service platforms, leading architectural design for critical systems, or integrating AI into financial workflows. I’ve led architecture and integration efforts for major clients including Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, NTT Ltd., and Dimension Data, with a focus on high availability systems, messaging architectures, and service automation.

Alongside my consulting work, I’m a CliftonStrengths coach. I help architects, technologists, and emerging leaders understand and apply their natural talents to lead more confidently, collaborate more effectively, and navigate the demands of modern digital work. Whether it’s mentoring new Solution Architects, coaching teams through transition, or helping individuals uncover what truly energises them, I bring a strengths-first mindset to everything I do.
